Ingredients
- Flour Xg
- Butter Xg
- Water X/2g
Recipe
- cube butter
- cool butter and flower
- mix em
- add the water, gradually (dont let it get too sticky)
- When it holds together nicely wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for a bit

- 100G Flour doesn’t make enough pastry for my pie dish.
