Meatballs
- Beef Mince (+pork saussage meat to be fancy) for a total of 500kg meat
- sauteed garlic clove + 1/2 large onion (sweated, not browned)
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tbspoon basil
- salt
Sauce
- 1/2 large Onion (diced)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
- 2 tins of tomato (peeled or chopped)
- Some tomato puree
- Some oil
- basil + parsley
Recipe
- Mix meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Make meatballs
- sear in a saucepan, then remove from said pan
- Over medium heat saute the garlic, onion and carrot in an oily saucepan (the meatball pan)
- Once they are decent, mix in the tomato puree, tinned tomato nonsense, salt
- Then add the tinned tomato nonsense and seared meatballs, simmer for 60 mins over low heat
Notes
- Was less than ok
- Parmesan smells like vomit and I can’t fucking get past it
- Not a fan of the taste, dont know why, dont know how to improve this. Fuck
