Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- Flour 1.5 Oz
- Butter 1.5 Oz
- Milk 24 Oz
- Cheese (various cheeses with more melty cheeses than crumbly if possible, but also you probably want both)
Recipe
- Mix the flour and butter in a saucepan for around 1 minute
- Add milk slowly while steadily mixing
- Leave to simmer for 10 minutes
- Grate the cheese
- Add the grated cheese to the sauce a handful at a time, waiting for the cheese to melt before adding the next handful
